The technology and machinery of our state-of-the-art production system allow for extreme precision and no construction errors.  Since the modular is being built in our facility at the same time your foundation is being placed on your land, your construction time is reduced by 60%, saving you time and money.  Stalo Modulars offers products for specific needs not to mention in different styles to cater individual preferences. Additionally, all homes come pre-certified and approved by the State of Florida

WHAT IS MODULAR CONSTRUCTION?

Modular construction is a process in which a building is constructed off-site, under controlled plant conditions, using the same materials and designing to the same codes and standards as a conventionally built facility, however, in half the time.  Buildings are produced in “modules’ that when pieced together on site, reflect the identical design intent and specifications of a sophisticated site-built facility without compromise.

Modular construction is not new, it has been around for several decades, there are a few different types of modular buildings. In the US most of them are wood framed, THIS is where Stalo Modulars makes the difference, our modular homes are steel framed, cold-formed steel (CFS).
